This role will be instrumental in scaling our teams across engineering, product, and business functions, ensuring they attract and retain top-tier professionals in the tech industry. As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will develop and execute talent strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs. You will work closely with business leaders, HR partners, and external networks to attract, engage, and hire high-caliber candidates. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top tech talent across various functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement:
- Enhance the company’s employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, tech communities, and industry networks.
- Organize recruitment events, hackathons, and networking initiatives to engage potential candidates.
Candidate Experience & Process Optimization:
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Implement best practices for talent assessment and selection, including structured interviews and data-driven hiring decisions.
- Optimize recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and analytics to improve efficiency.
Market Intelligence & Talent Insights:
- Stay updated on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in the tech sector.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve hiring strategies and workforce planning.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand talent movement and market positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on tech hiring.
- Proven track record of hiring software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and other tech roles.
- Experience in employer branding and talent engagement strategies.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with passive candidates.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
