Key Responsibilities
Welcome to the core of what being a People & Culture Manager – Learning & Development is all about!
Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:
- Lead various Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and projects for the house
- Prepare annual L&D plan and manage L&D budget
- Design and deliver training programmes and learning solutions to cater the needs of the departments
- Manage the full cycle of Talent Development Programmes, including Management Trainee and internal development programmes
- Drive and implement brand trainings and campaign to reinforce the brand culture
- Plan and execute sustainable development related initiatives
- Participate in other ad hoc projects
Requirements
Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:
The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience, preferably from hotel or customer service-oriented industry, with at least one year in a position of similar capacity
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Hotel Management or related discipline
- Hands-on experience in course design and delivery
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Strong team leader, creative approach with high adaptability, positive and fun
The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):
- Experience in running talent development programme would be a definite advantage
