Swire Coca-Cola is looking for an experienced HR candidate to take up the Talent Management Manager role in our People Department.
As the Talent Management Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of the Talent Management Module of SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with our global talent strategy. You will oversee career paths for management trainees, manage internship onboarding and offboarding, and design talent development programmes. Additionally, you will handle performance appraisals, create talent assessment tools, collaborate on training programmes, manage talent projects, work with global teams, and oversee the annual talent review. A key responsibility will be the implementation of the competency model to the talent management.
This role reports to Talent and Engagement Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of the Talent Management Module of SuccessFactors, ensuring it aligns with our global talent strategy and business objectives.
- Career Path Monitoring: Oversee the career paths of participants in the management trainee programme, ensuring they align with organizational goals and personal development plans.
- Internship Programme Management: Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for various internship programmes, ensuring a positive experience for all interns.
- Talent Development: Design and implement talent development programmes, including training, mentorship, and succession planning, to foster employee growth and retention.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and providing guidance to managers on effective performance management practices.
- Talent Assessment: Design and Implement talent assessment tools and methodologies to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans for critical roles.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to create training programmes that support talent development and career progression.
- Project Management: Oversee talent management projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Global Collaboration: Work with global teams to ensure best practices are shared and implemented across regions.
- Talent Review: Oversee the annual talent review exercise, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and needs.
- Competency Model Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of a competency model to enhance the talent management process.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in talent management, employee development, or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
