工作职责:

Take the lead on all recruitment activity across Sonova’s China locations, ensuring a strategic approach to planning, sourcing and delivery against a range of requirements (with a particular focus on growth in Audiological Care)
Support roll out of talent acquisition strategies deployed by the CoE, including the launch of a new global process (early 2024) and a drive toward purposeful use of data and analytics to support performance management
Foster close collaborating with local HR teams within the assigned geography, ensuring that all recruitment touchpoints and upskilled and equipped as required to support TA activity
Establish partnership and accountability within the Hiring community by providing consultative recruiting and advisory services above and beyond transactional delivery
Ensure recruitment velocity and continuously optimize the candidate experience a
Proactively contribute to talent acquisition planning during business strategy discussions
Act as a first-level escalation point for key Regional HR or Business stakeholders
Set and achieve appropriate performance objectives for recruitment delivery in China, ensuring appropriate alignment with performance/quality standards defined in relevant SLAs
Coach or mentor colleagues and team members according to individual development plans
Ensure the recruitment process is compliant with Sonova`s philosophy and policies as well as the local government regulations in the talent acquisition space
Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on overall service levels and provide recommendations to team members and leaders on improvement opportunities
Regularly monitor market trends and ensure roll up of local and regional insights to support ongoing iteration of TA strategies in China and APAC
Other projects as assigned by Line Manager

任职条件:

6+ years’ experience in recruitment and in building high-functioning delivery teams on a regional level
Strong foundation in recruitment and talent acquisition best practices and a passion for delivering exceptional service to candidates and Hiring Managers
Experience in managing relationships with external providers and vendors
