Key Responsibilities
1、Serves as the nerve center of overall strategic projects’ coordination and management, working closely with leaders across functions to drive lasting change;
2、Support to ensure delivery of our strategy with dedicated teams within the timeline, track and monitor performance, report outcomes to CXO;
3、Support CXO in other tasks as needed, incl. and not limited to support to drive CXO’s attention back on the company’s key topics, manage senior stakeholder relationship and important meetings, elaborate corporate decks and keynotes.
Basic Skills and Competencies
Must have: 1、Bachelor's degree, background in management / business. More than 5-year experience in corporate development, strategic planning, project management.
2、Strong business judgement, business acumen.
3、Strong interpersonal skill to collaborate with stakeholders of different functions.
4、Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skill. Both fluent English speaking and writing.
Nice to have:
1、Master’s degree.
2、French speaking or knowledge of French culture.
3、Work experience in a strategy or management consulting firm is preferred but not mandatory. 4、Experience working with CXO, or experience as Executive Assistant (not admin) is preferred.
5、Ability to thrive in an ambiguous business environment, work with agility.
6、Data mindset, data analytics skill is preferred but not mandatory.
