The China Marketing Team consist of below functional areas Brand, Digital/PR, Retail, Media, and Event Marketing. Marketing Strategy and Planning play supporting roles across functions.
Core Responsibilities
Brand management is driving the brand management agenda for segments, including category & commercial strategies, innovation agenda, and managing licensor, media partner and agency relationships.
- Develop and implement marketing strategic directions for the relevant Kids audience and their parents (shoppers);
- Lead assigned segment or theme lines end to end business delivery, with clear theme line strategy, strong planning and communication capability from product development with Global PMD, to product assortment selection, to go-to-market with marketing function teams, sales, customers, and partners
- Experience in working with global team and experience in leading assigned global toolkit campaign localization
- Lead both internal function teams (eg Media, digital, PR, retail marketing, etc) and external agency to develop local campaigns to drive brand building and commercial delivery
- Solid understanding on key social platform know-how (eg XHS, DY, Bilibili) with proven success record
- Partner management in the responsible area to ensure a clear roll out and execution marketing channel strategy
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree or higher would be preferred
- 6-8 years of product and brand management experience would be preferred
- Solid business analytic skill and business know-how
- Strong project management skills experience working in a very fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and get things done at high quality.
- Passionate teammate, resilient, proactive, agile
- Proficient in both Chinese and English
- LEGO lover and Gaming lover will be a plus
- Experienced in working with kids and families as an audience will be a plus
