Job Purpose
The Vice President, Culture and Communications (Human Capital) is a key driver in shaping and sustaining a workplace culture that is positive, inclusive, and high-performing. This role is instrumental in developing and executing strategies that foster employee engagement, reinforce core values, and ensure effective internal communication that resonates across all levels of the organization. By aligning culture transformation efforts with Prasarana’s mission and vision, the incumbent plays a critical role in embedding cultural priorities into operational frameworks, strengthening Human Capital initiatives, and enhancing employer branding across internal and external platforms.
Key Accountabilities
Culture Strategy & Transformation:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive culture transformation roadmap that aligns with Prasarana’s vision and strategic objectives. Ensure that cultural priorities are integrated into operational processes and leadership practices.
Employee Engagement & Core Values Adoption:
- Design and lead initiatives, programs, and workshops to cultivate awareness, adoption, and integration of Prasarana’s core values and cultural beliefs at all levels of the organization.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across business units to embed cultural values into daily operations and enhance organizational cohesion. Work with cross functional teams to drive culture-driven projects.
Internal Communication & Branding:
- Develop and execute an internal communication strategy that ensures clarity, consistency, and alignment with Prasarana’s cultural transformation objectives.
Multi-Platform Content Development:
- Create compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, including corporate emails, newsletters, LinkedIn, MyHR portal, Facebook, and the organization’s intranet platform (WARNA).
Event & Campaign Management:
- Plan and manage Human Capital-related events and campaigns, ensuring a seamless and effective communication strategy that supports employee participation and engagement.
Open Dialogue & Feedback Mechanisms:
- Implement initiatives that encourage two-way communication, fostering open dialogue between employees and leadership through feedback channels and engagement platforms.
Data-Driven Insights & Continuous Improvement:
- Leverage data analytics and employee feedback to measure the impact of cultural and communication initiatives, ensuring ongoing refinement and effectiveness.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
- Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or equivalent.
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in culture transformation, employee engagement, or internal communications, preferably within large organizations.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to influence, engage, and inspire employees at all levels.
- Strong understanding of organizational culture frameworks and change management methodologies (e.g., Kotter, Prosci)
- Knowledge of culture assessment tools and change management frameworks.
- Familiarity with communication technologies, including intranet platforms, email marketing tools, collaboration software, and social media management.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
