Talent management and development are the cornerstone of our operations. We are continuously scouting for the right talents to fill up the roles as Manager, Talent Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Supports Head of People Management on strategic initiatives involving hiring/retaining talents including Employer Branding, Annual Promotion Exercise and Employees Retention;
- Collaboratively work with Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition (TA) unit in drafting/revising assessment tools for interviews, to ensure different sets of assessments are used for each differentiated position in supporting hiring decisions;
- Continuous collaborations with Hiring Managers, Head, TA and Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) on any new/special needs of hiring;
- Monitors and have periodic review of employees’ confirmation via reports to HCBP, this includes issuance of confirmation letter/ extension letter;
- Manages and undertakes the process of resignation by employees including the calculation of leave balance, bond repayment, excessive medical utilization and etc.;
- Assists Head of Talent Management on periodic review of process governance by regulatory or internal control function, i.e.: yearly RCC by Compliance, audit and etc.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition/Learning & Development experience in preferably in Financial Industries;
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant fields, and in possession of relevant professional qualifications fulfilling the regulatory requirements (if any);
- Technical competencies in Leadership, Innovation, Performance, Competence, Integrity, Talent Management and Change Management.
