Position Responsibilities
- To ensure all talent development activities (which are the focus of the department) are strategically planned, executed and implemented.
- To manage and facilitate the end-to-end coordination of training programs from sourcing, planning, and scheduling to email communication with internal and/or external stakeholders, including but not limited to mandatory programs for the frontline employees such as Food Handler Certificate (FHC), Halal Awareness and Halal Compliance Training, OSH-C Training, etc.
- To support the enhancement of the current training policies and guidelines as required.
- To monitor and manage the utilization of training costs against the company’s allocated budget including the HRDC grant and claim.
- Act as a liaison between employees and the Talent Management & Development (TM&D) team for all training related enquiries.
- To involve in the maintenance and enhancement of digital training records and data management.
- To deliver and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs through metrics and survey feedback, making informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
- To support the development and improvement of the onboarding experience for new joiners.
- To support the TM&D team in key projects, including ZUS career development programs including the components of Talent Development and Talent Engagement activities.
- To support the TM&D team in the implementation, process improvement and integration of digital resources for employees.
- To participate in any cross-functional projects such as mega-events to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s in Human Resources, or Organizational Development, or Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 year(s) of experience in a learning and development position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in handling HRD Corp related matters and/or any related training & development guidelines is preferred
- Project management experience will be an added advantage
- Experience in handling early career development programs will be preferred.
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A valuable team player and able to work independently.
- Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data.
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English & Malay.
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
