About the Role
This Role will oversee the HR division of 3 companies under our Packaging division operating across 6 sites stretching from Ipoh, Klang Valley and Melaka employing over 1000 people.
The first main function will be designing and implementing a management graduate trainee program with the objective of building up a talent pipeline to support the company's growth. Other responsibilities to include building up the Employer Branding and Talent Development functions within the HR division.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Similar
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR
- Experience running a management trainee program
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a PLUS
