In a Nutshell:
As a HR Executive, you are at the forefront of identifying the right talents that fit into our culture & business while driving innovative digital adoption within the organization.
You have a passion for engaging with people, matching them to the right position, and most importantly building rapport to ensure the best candidate experience as you will be the first point of contact. Your focus areas will be finding effective and unconventional channels for talent sourcing, providing value-added insights to our stakeholders as well as continuously innovating our recruitment processes.
You are also excited to learn new technologies and help our internal teams to successfully adopt them through the design and implementation of internal learning programs.
What you'll do:
1. Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for all vacancies within the business - Source, screen, interview & identify talents that fits our recruitment needs
2. Work closely across the department(s) to understand their recruitment needs and requirement for talents
3. Acting as a business partner to hiring managers, managing their expectations, educating them on the recruitment process, timeframes & current talent market
4. Actively search and engage top-tier candidates to build a strong network of talent pool.
5. Manage all existing recruitment channels and job portals.
6. Improve the existing recruitment strategies and processes
7. Advise the hiring managers on appropriate assignments & timeline for candidates, and competency interview questions
8. Analyze and gather the current talent market in the marketing industry
9. Learn and adopt productivity applications and technologies
10. Design and implement digital adoption programs for the team
11. Research, support and contribute towards development of digital policies within the group
12. Assist in administrative tasks in Corporate team whenever needed.
What you have:
1. At least Diploma or Degree. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; resourceful.
3. Curiousity to improve things with technology, ie. Processess/workflow
3. Interest in the marketing & advertising industry
4. People person, friendly and love meeting new people.
5. Open to new and creative ideas
6. Relationship building and negotiation skills, with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels
7. A strong command of English both spoken and written and the ability to write well in a variety of styles.
