Key Responsibilities

Assist to implement sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies by targeting best channels and approach to attract talents by working closely with HOD and Group People and Culture Business Partners.
Monitor implementation of talent acquisition and hiring process for the group and maintain an effective reporting tracker.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies, education institutions and professional communities to provide diverse sources of talents to fulfill short- and long-term needs of the organization as and when needed.
Continuously review effectiveness and standards of recruitment channels and implement improvement as directed by management.
Manage cost and budget of talent acquisition exercises.
Execute employer branding activities as per plan to attract talents and enhance employer brand.
Develop communication plans to support the hiring strategy and drive talent attraction and engagement through social media, and other relevant channels.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or a related field
Minimum 3 years' of relevant working experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Possess recruiting and marketing skills via both traditional and social media platform
Strong planning and organizing skills
Strong networking and relationship building skills
