Job Description
This role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with core values and enhancing employee engagement. Responsibilities include designing impactful programs, driving recognition initiatives, and encouraging collaboration. Through creative campaigns, actionable strategies, and continuous improvements, the position ensures a motivated, cohesive workforce and contributes to a thriving and engaged organizational environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to define, establish, and nurture the organization’s culture and core values.
- Build and leverage strong internal networks to facilitate culture change management, while driving communication and leadership for culture & engagement initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans to effectively inform and engage employees at all levels regarding the organization’s people’s strategy, policies, activities, and key messages.
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategies and programs aimed at continuously enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct employee engagement and pulse surveys, perform benchmarking analysis, and translate findings into actionable goals and strategies to address gaps and improve employee retention.
- Plan, organize, and lead employee engagement initiatives and company events, such as ‘Hartagize’ events, sports club’s activities, festive celebrations, annual dinners, and other programs aimed at strengthening camaraderie and workplace culture.
- Oversee employee recognition programs, including Hartanians of the Month, long-service awards and other acknowledgment programs to celebrate contributions and achievements.
Requirements
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Public Relations, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline)
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or employee engagement, demonstrating a proven ability to lead culture and engagement initiatives.
