Role Overview
The Culture & Engagement Lead will drive the development and implementation of initiatives to foster a thriving workplace culture. This role champions employee engagement, wellbeing, communication, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) to align with organizational values and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Culture Pillars Development & Execution
- Lead and operationalize the pillars of Engagement, Wellbeing, Communication, and DE&I through innovative, high-impact initiatives:
- Engagement: Plan and deliver holistic initiatives, such as festive celebrations, fitness/wellness programs, and international day events, to foster inclusivity and connection across functions and locations.
- Wellbeing: Develop and roll out wellness initiatives that achieve maximum impact with optimal budgets.
- Communication: Create and execute engaging communication strategies that promote events, share educational content, and sustain momentum throughout the initiatives.
- DE&I: Organize celebrations paired with educational activities to enhance cultural awareness and appreciation.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Implementation
- Partner with reputable EAP providers to offer comprehensive mental health services, including counseling, therapy, and educational resources.
- Roll out EAP with a focus on mental wellness, achieving 80% awareness of the program’s benefits within three months.
- Train HR representatives and managers to promote EAP and address mental health concerns effectively in the workplace.
Culture Agenda & Team Leadership
- Launch and socialize the corporate values & behaviors across all levels and functions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission.
- Ensure reach on values and behaviors throughout the organization through the right design of initiatives and activities.
- Lead an Internal Engagement Team to implement engagement initiatives within the first month of launch.
- Monitor and evaluate progress quarterly, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement.
Internal Communication Refresh
- Redesign internal communication strategies to ensure clarity, consistency, and timeliness across all departments and locations.
- Develop and implement mechanisms to gather employee feedback and continuously refine the communication strategy.
Employee Insight Survey (EIS) Management
- Oversee the administration of the Employee Insight Survey, including stakeholder briefings, survey rollout, data analysis, and action planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of each function’s action plans on a monthly basis, ensuring accountability and results-driven improvements.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure right tracking and information of initiatives and progress
- Ensure tracking and spend of budget within allocation for the year
Key Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or similar degrees
- 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources and/or in Organizational Culture & Engagement
- Has strong experience in driving employee engagement, culture transformation
- HR Business Partner experience is an added advantage
