Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join TAG. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, ensuring seamless HR operations, and overseeing administrative HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently. This position specializes in HR functions within Malaysia & Thailand, whilst also support the HRBP SEA in regional HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs and be able to have a good tracking system.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating employee data updates, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, and exit interviews.
- Assist in HR policy implementation and ensure employees are well-informed of company guidelines.
- Maintain HR databases and generate reports for management as required.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects to improve workplace culture and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the HRBP SEA on regional HR initiatives and operational improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in managing HR records.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in Malaysia & Thailand is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
