Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Work closely with HR and business leaders to showcase our culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Plan and manage campaigns that position IJM as an employer of choice.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and grow IJM’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create compelling visual and written content, including photography, videos, and employee stories.
- Monitor social media trends and engagement, ensuring content is fresh and relevant.
Talent Engagement & Events
- Organize and promote career fairs, networking sessions, and employer branding events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create initiatives that boost employee advocacy.
Market Research & Analytics
- Analyze employer branding trends and recruitment marketing data to optimize strategies.
- Track and measure the impact of employer branding initiatives on talent attraction.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or social media.
- Background in recruitment/talent acquisition is a plus.
- Strong skills in content creation, photography, and editing.
- Passion for storytelling and engaging with people.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) is a bonus.
