JOB PURPOSE
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture that attracts, engages and retains top talents that aligns with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
- Drive and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, drive cultural transformation, and support talent retention strategies across MISC Group.
- Collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and employees to ensure that engagement and culture programs are innovative, effective, and integrated across the organization.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Employee Engagement
- Lead, manage and execute employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to accurately measure employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze engagement data to provide actionable insights and partner with leaders to develop and implement targeted action plans to address areas of concerns and improve employee experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement, foster a positive and appreciative work environment, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)
- Champion the organization’s D&I agenda by ensuring D&I principles are embedded in all daily practices and decision-making processes.
- Lead the development and implementation of D&I initiatives to strengthen diversity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging across MISC Group.
- Drive and facilitate impactful programs on D&I awareness, education and implementation across MISC Group.
Culture Internalization
- Champion the organization’s core values by consistently communicating their importance to all employees through various channels and ensuring they are embedded in daily practices and decision-making processes.
- Plan, manage and facilitate programs and workshops to promote awareness, understanding and active participation in the organization’s core values, partnering with leaders at all levels to ensure core values are integrated into all aspects of organization’s operations and culture.
- Foster open and transparent communication channels between employees and management to build trust and encourage open dialogue.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on cultural and engagement strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee experience.
- Partner with HRBPs and Group Communications teams to deliver programs that support employee well-being and professional development.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration and alignment to ensure consistent and cohesive cultural practices across the organization.
Employee Culture Programs
- Benchmark, design and implement recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and milestones, fostering a culture of appreciation and recognition.
- Lead the development and execution of onboarding experiences that introduce new hires to the company’s culture, values and expectations.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and culture, incorporating relevant findings into the organization’s strategies and initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 12 years of related working experience, with solid experience in employee engagement, culture management, organizational development and/or D&I.
- Experienced in leading and implementing employee engagement initiatives such as employee surveys, recognition programs and communication strategies.
- Experienced in developing and executing D&I strategies and initiatives, fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource, social science or equivalent.
