They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network. They have recently won a pan Europe contract to supply contractors to a global renewable energy business.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Placing wind energy professionals into established client accounts.
- Working on contract vacancies.
- Sourcing candidates via advertising and the use of social media platforms.
- Arranging candidate interviews.
- Ensuring all candidates undergo a "best candidate" experience.
- Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience of working as a recruitment consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist within the wind energy or renewable energy space.
- Experience of engaging with senior level stakeholders in this space.
- Excellent candidate sourcing skills.
- Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
The Package
Competitive basic salary, commission and finish at 3pm on a Friday.
