We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our friendly and busy team. You will play a key role in shaping the studio's workforce by driving freelance recruitment, optimising recruitment processes across Branded Content, Experience Design, and Production. This role works closely with the Talent Manager, ensuring a seamless and strategic approach to both talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for freelance hires across the entire studio (Branded Content, Experience Design, and Production)
- Manage and optimise the ATS system (Workable), ensuring job descriptions, talent pools, and workflows remain up to date, while troubleshooting any issues
- Oversee the full onboarding process for freelance hires, from offer and contracts to IT setup, ensuring a smooth experience
- Collaborate with IT to implement best practices and software for more efficient onboarding and recruitment
- Actively participate in all weekly resourcing meetings to review open vacancies, assess skills within the team using Float (RMS), prioritise permanent talent at all times before initiating freelance recruitment, working closely with the Talent Manager and the Head of Resourcing
- Ensure all freelance recruitment is informed by the Talent Manager, who will provide key details such as salary banding, the recruitment brief, director-level decks, and production insights, allowing for a fast and well-managed candidate experience
- Negotiate competitive freelance rates at all times
- Provide ad hoc support for Float, assisting the Talent Manager with technical troubleshooting and workforce planning
- Actively participate in the studio's internship and outreach programme, ensuring a structured and valuable experience for participants
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition within a creative environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Understanding of the Branded Content & Experience Design crewing needs
- You will be London-based and able to work at least 3 days per week from our studio in Shoreditch
