The role
To manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your client group within CPC. In addition, this role will work on projects with the wider team to iterate robust recruitment processes.
The team has a stellar record of direct hiring and a time to hire of under 40 days. This person will join a well oiled team and HR function but will bring fresh ideas and a passion for recruitment.
- Managing the end to end recruitment process including approvals, facilitating role brief meetings, candidate attraction and assessment as well as conducting phone interviews in line with our processes
- Support and challenge the business owners to ensure the content on the JD accurately reflects the role requirements;
- Work closely with the other members of the team to ensure standards are high
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR team, OPS and BPs
- Support people managers in all aspects of recruitment
- Manage and maintain our ATS and Recruitment tracker for the roles you are responsible for
- Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse candidates across the business to ensure it is a diverse and inclusive environment
- Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, alongside other HR metrics such as attrition, and make recommendations as appropriate
Undertake and manage ad hoc projects within Recruitment and HR
Requirements
- Experience in either agency or in house recruitment
- Understanding of ATS systems and how to ensure data and information integrity
- Proven ability of phone screening candidates at various levels
- Comfortable interacting and building relationships with internal stakeholders
- Headhunting experience
