Frazer Jones are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager – Technology Hiring to lead technology recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative hiring strategies to attract top-tier technology talent while managing and mentoring a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling tech teams in technology or financial services environments and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of at least 4+ technology recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear performance metrics and goals, ensuring alignment with business hiring objectives.
- Drive team effectiveness by optimizing recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to support rapid hiring needs across software engineering, data science, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other technical domains.
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
- Implement best-in-class sourcing techniques to attract passive and active candidates, leveraging innovative recruitment technology and employer branding strategies.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for key leadership and strategic technology roles.
- Work closely with HR, finance, and hiring managers to forecast workforce planning needs.
- Drive data-driven recruitment decisions using key hiring metrics, analytics, and reporting.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, from initial outreach to onboarding.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring.
- 4+ years managing a team of at least 4 recruiters in a fast-scaling tech or financial services environment.
- Proven experience in hiring software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, and cybersecurity professionals.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, ATS systems, and employer branding initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with C-suite executives and hiring managers.
- Data-driven mindset, with a track record of improving hiring efficiency and quality through metrics.
- Deep knowledge of technical talent markets, compensation trends, and diversity hiring initiatives.
