- Workforce Insights : Manage the People Survey, using data to shape HR programs and initiatives.
- HR Strategy & Workforce Planning : Contribute to workforce planning, ensuring HR initiatives align with organisational goals.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to integrate HR initiatives and enhance employee experience.
- Team Leadership : Provide direction and professional development for team members to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
