About the Role Located at the APAC Head Office on St Kilda Road, the role reports directly to the Vice President of the APAC region and will work closely with the Chief People and Culture Officer to implement global business strategies and initiatives.You will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational and strategic HR support within the APAC business, as well as working closely with the senior leadership team and international HR teams to support the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Include: Provide strategic HR advice to the VP, APACBe a key member of APAC Leadership Team and work closely with the regional General Manager's to implement the APAC HR strategyCoach line managers on all aspects of leadership, people management, and developmentManage employee individual development plans, succession planning, and retention tacticsImplement and manage safety and well-being programs and initiativesConduct bi-annual Culture Amp employee engagement surveys and use the feedback to continuously improve the APAC businessLead the annual performance and remuneration review processFacilitate the entire employment life-cycleDevelop, implement, and maintain HR policies and processesOversee the payroll function and resolve queriesManage and resolve employee relations issues About You The ideal candidate will have a strong operational HR foundation, preferably from a standalone role within industrial or manufacturing industries, and be able to contribute expertise to a broad range of HR initiatives. A proactive individual who will actively lead and contribute as a change champion within the business.
