Position Overview:
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture, managing human capital, and supporting the overall business objectives. This is a strategic position that will ensure the smooth execution of HR operations, including recruitment, while also influencing the long-term development of our people and company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for all levels of the organization.
- Performance Management: Implement a robust performance management system, driving employee development, accountability, and career growth.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that the organization complies with all labor regulations and maintains up-to-date HR policies that minimize risk.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a supportive environment.
- Learning & Development: Lead initiatives for employee training, development, and retention programs to support the professional growth of our workforce.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee rewards to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- HR Systems Management: Oversee the efficient operation of HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, with a track record of success in a strategic role.
- Strong knowledge of local and national employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
