What You’ll Do
Employer Branding
- Create and manage engaging content (social media, flyers, presentations) to showcase our culture and career opportunities.
- Support recruitment marketing, including job fairs, university outreach, and employer branding campaigns.
- Highlight employee stories, events, and initiatives to attract talent.
- Monitor and improve our employer brand presence on digital platforms.
Internal Communications
- Develop and distribute internal announcements and content in collaboration with HR.
- Create multimedia content (videos, photos, graphics, articles) to boost employee engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and is well-organized.
Operational Support
- Assist with branded materials for HR and recruitment.
- Provide general admin support for communication initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- 2-4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or social media.
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills (written & multimedia)
- Experience with video/photo editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.)
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and project management skills.
