Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing & Communications Manager at Tatler Asia in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive conversion, and grow our audience. You will also manage all aspects of public relations and communications for the magazine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
- Lead event planning and execution in tandem with team members as well as vendors.
- Plan and execute public relations activities, including press releases, media outreach, and influencer marketing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, including advertisers, distributors, and media partners.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, identify key metrics, and report on results.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are within budget.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the publishing or media industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- A strong understanding of the media landscape and current industry trends.

- Experience with content marketing and content strategy.
- Experience with social media and content creation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Fluent in written and oral English.
