Employer Branding Manager

In this role, you'll collaborate with our team of recruitment experts to develop and execute an employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy for GoTo that aligns with our business objectives.As the Employer Branding Manager at GoTo Group, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing employer branding strategies across multiple countries.
Your focus will be on crafting a compelling employer value proposition (EVP) that attracts both active and passive candidates while enhancing GoTo Group’s global employer brand presence. This role calls for a leader with a deep understanding of both local and international markets, experience in managing large teams, and the ability to position GoTo Group as an employer of choice across diverse regions.
What Will You Do
- Lead employer branding initiatives for GoTo Group; Partner with our recruitment and marketing teams to implement marketing programs to make GoTo and its Operating Companies, Gojek and GTF a destination employer.
- Spearheaded various employer branding projects to strengthen our talent acquisition capabilities and support our overall needs across recruiting operations that align with company Goals.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive employer branding strategy that reflects GoTo Group’s values, culture, and mission with a specific focus on different channels—digital, mobile.
- Author and distribute jobs and career content on all recruiting-related company profiles and pages—including our career site, blog, social media profiles, and employer marketing sites.
- Build and promote the GoTo recruiting brand through research of relevant tools and maintain candidate-facing mediums.
- Ensure that Goto Group’s EVP is consistently communicated across all digital platforms, career sites, social media, job boards, and events, while tailoring campaigns to specific country needs.
- Use data-driven insights and metrics to optimize recruitment marketing strategies and measure the impact of branding efforts.
What Will You Need
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in employer branding,or a similar marketing/communications role
- A commercially minded marketing leader with ownership of budgeting and planning
- Strong project management andthe ability to manage multiple campaigns with an eye on details without losing sight of the big pictureStrong understanding of digital and social media marketing strategies.
- Understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
- Extremely comfortable with data and can harness it effectively to generate insights on your own. You know how to leverage data to make decisions and drive growth.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and Proven success in designing and managing innovative employer branding campaigns.

- Our EB team members are the flag bearers of pop-culture references, puns, and impeccable storytelling. Handle online and offline branding and marketing efforts for Goto, which includes running our Life at Gojek and Gojek Tech social media platforms, Gojek Tech website, and related events and conferences.
