About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Employer Branding Specialist to join our team at the field office. In this role, you will lead our employer branding initiatives, build relationships with universities, and enhance our visibility in the talent market.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, vocational schools, and training centers
- Source and collect over 1,000 CVs per month to maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Execute branding initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen Amartha's employer presence
- Plan and attend career fairs, campus events, and recruitment drives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to improve recruitment efforts
- Implement outreach programs to attract and engage potential candidates through social media, networking, and on-the-ground activations
- Identify new recruitment channels and local hiring opportunities to improve candidate reach
- Work closely with recruitment, marketing, and operational teams to ensure aligned employer branding strategies
- Track industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and talent acquisition innovations to refine recruitment efforts
- Monitor and report on employer branding metrics, including CV pipeline growth, event impact, and hiring conversion rates
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or prior experience in employer branding roles is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge and maintain relationships with educational institutions and potential candidates
- A self-starter who can identify opportunities, think creatively, and execute strategies effectively
- A keen interest in employer branding and a desire to help shape the future of our workforce
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to drive employer branding initiatives that generate over 1,000 CVs per month through strategic partnerships, recruitment events, and digital outreach
