Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at SAFF & Co. in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy compliance.

- Performance Management and Employee Relations experience
- Knowledge of HR policies and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience in conducting training and development programs
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
