About The Role
As a
Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Job Request & Vacancy Management – Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, define job requirements, and post vacancies.
- Sourcing, Screening & HR Interview – Identify and engage top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct CV screening and HR interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and expectations before shortlisting them for hiring managers.
- Interview Coordination – Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Reference Checks – Conduct background and reference verifications as needed.
- Contract Negotiation & Closing – Manage offer discussions, ensuring alignment with company policies and budget.
- Onboarding & New Joiner Data Management – Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. Compile new joiner data, collaborate with the HR Payroll team, and maintain an up-to-date new joiner tracker.
- Vacancy Tracking – Maintain an accurate vacancy tracker to monitor hiring progress and pipeline health.
- Key Contact for Candidates & New Joiners – Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and new hires, providing guidance, support, and a welcoming experience throughout their journey with the company.
- Collaboration – Partner with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the recruitment process to ensure strategic hiring decisions and successful placements.
What You'll Need - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
