Responsibilities

Managing candidate's database
Publishing job vacancy to job aggregator and/or liaise with Brand team for job ads design
Sourcing potential candidates for INDICO and/or for portfolios using various sources channel
Scheduling candidates interview
Conduct reference check calls for junior level
Collect supporting documents candidates for new hires and support other administrative task upon candidate's joining date
Liaise with GA and/or Procurement team on the working tools, on boarding kit for new hires
Monitoring probation and/or contract period of each new hires

Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor Degree in related field
Minimum of 3 years experience as Talent Acquisition/Recruiter with end to end recruitment experience
Good interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
Having a passion for data and analytics to evaluate the hiring process
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
