The Human Resource Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational development strategies of the company. This position will focus on attracting top talent, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Oversee workforce planning and forecasting to align hiring strategies with business needs.
- Implement best practices in talent assessment, recruitment, and selection to ensure the right fit for roles.
- Partner with department heads to ensure seamless onboarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Talent Development & Organizational Development:
- Design and implement leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders.
- Establish performance management frameworks to drive a high-performance culture.
- Lead initiatives for career pathing, succession planning, and internal mobility.
- Assess organizational effectiveness and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through targeted training and development programs.
- Implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation and growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15-20 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on talent acquisition and organizational development.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives.
- Strong background in designing and implementing talent development and succession planning programs.
- Expertise in HR technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
