The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
HR Strategy and Policy Development:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and productivity.
- Work with managers to establish performance improvement plans when necessary.
Legal Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.
- Address legal and compliance issues as they arise.
HR Data and Reporting:
- Maintain HR records and databases.
- Generate reports and analysis on HR metrics and trends.
HR Technology:
- Implement and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related technology tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in HR management, with a track record of implementing HR best practices.
