We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly organized and detailed individual for a role in the HR department. This role would best suit entry level candidates looking to gain experience in HR administration or those HR professionals who are seeking to return to the job market after taking a career break.
Human resources responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of human resources functions for Retail and Distribution Center teams
- Manage and process daily tasks such as handling the end-to-end recruitment process, on-boarding, support accurate processing of payroll and employee benefits, performance review, employee development, exit processes etc.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, coordinate with internal departments and third-party service providers, including finance, government bodies, suppliers, etc.
- Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changes and leavers on the system.
- Coordinating and assisting with periodic processes, such as auditing accuracy of information, collation of completed appraisal documentation, auditing training logs etc.
- Other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department, including participation in project work.

Our dream candidate
- Singaporean or Singapore PR only
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline, specialization in Human Resources Management would be an advantage
- Ability to multitask and organize
- Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills
- Adaptability and accountability
- Proficiency using Google Workplace (preferred) or Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work with minimal direction
- Possess good communication and customer service skills
