工作職責:
- 處理員工檔案、系統管理、背景調查等工作;
- 協助薪酬管理, 包括香港薪酬發放、預算、審計、內地薪酬、派遣人員薪酬、稅務管理、基金績效管理;
- 負責福利管理、員工醫療保險、人壽及意外保險、勞工保險及差旅保險等工作;
- 負責假期、出差及考勤管理;
- 負責定期編制、更新報告及問卷調查;
- 領導交辦的其他工作。
工作要求:
- 大學本科及以上學歷,人力資源、工商管理等相關專業優先;
- 3年以上相關經驗;
- 熟練掌握HRIS系統優先;
- 良好的溝通和寫作能力;
- 有責任感,誠實可靠,團隊意識強;
- 能夠高效、準確、細緻認真地工作,積極主動,能承擔責任;
- 抗壓能力強,邏輯思維能力強;
- 熟練掌握MSOffice,如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等辦公軟體;
- 中、英文語言能力及文字處理能力俱佳。
經驗較少的申請人將考慮為高級主任。
