Responsibilities:

Work closely with internal clients to perform the role of business partner by providing professional HR services and expertise advice on all aspects of HR functions
Implement HR policy and procedures; provide guidelines that are aligned with company goals and directions
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently and provide support and guidance to staff
Manage full spectrum of recruitment & selection up to manager level, work closely with hiring manager from identifying competencies requirement to making offer until new hire settling well
Handle overseas work visa of secondees including PRC
Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, information Systems or relevant disciplines
Minimum 10 years of experience in sizeable companies, MNC or aviation industry is preferred, 5 years in supervisory level
Well-versed Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, China work visa, and the latest market HR practice
Mature, strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independent
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors system is preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
