Job Summary
This Associate Brand Manager will help support the development and execution of innovative, integrated brand marketing strategies that elevate the products position as a global leader and cultural icon in the audio electronic industry. They will work alongside the Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager to ensure that all brand initiatives align seamlessly with overall marketing objectives, delivering a cohesive, engaging brand message and experience for consumers across key touch pints.
The Associate Brand Manager will support impactful marketing efforts and strategic priorities that engage target audiences in meaningful ways to reflect the products bold, influential presence in culture, sports, and music. Fostering external and internal relationships is a must in this mission.
The Role
- Partner with the UK Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager and Global Brand Team to support marketing plans, while working closely with cross-functional teams including media, social, .com, PR, channel and creative teams.
- Support in the development and delivery of effective marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Leverage consumer and customer insights, market conditions, and competitor data to inform marketing plans.
- Create campaign recaps, and brand reporting in an accurate, timely manner to foster future improvement.
- Develop and own programs to products to VIPs in Sport, Music and Fashion.
- Work with internal peers to track/analyze/present customer and business metrics to marketing leadership with thorough insights on impact and clear recommendations.
- Collaborate both within the team and wider ecosystem to help originate and execute ideas and strategies.
- Have a genuine interest, curiosity and desire to develop never been done before, effective campaigns that deliver on objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in Brand Marketing with one or more category-leading brands
- Experience in supporting integrated plans
- Creative, production and project management experience
- An agile self-starter, results oriented and able to deal with ambiguity
- Drive execution, foster innovation and collaborates extremely well with others
- A deep understanding of culture and trends, specifically in the UK and US
- Able to organise workload, prioritise and multi-task work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Calm under pressure while exuding competence and “can do” attitude
- Communicates effectively (written and oral)
- Hungry and curious - constantly bringing new insights, ideas and opportunities to the brand
- Passion for a brand that moves fast and shapes culture
Experience
- 2+ years in Brand Marketing role with a category leading brand(s)
- Some form of global experience (either study or work) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
