The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Manager with PR expertise to help develop and manage a roster of high-value artists. While artist selection will be handled in-house, your role will focus on managing talent, securing opportunities, and driving visibility through PR and strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with a curated roster of artists.
- Develop and execute PR and brand positioning strategies to elevate their profiles.
- Build partnerships with galleries, collectors, cultural institutions, and brands.
- Secure press coverage, exhibition opportunities, and brand collaborations.
- Oversee contract negotiations and career growth strategies.

- Experienced in talent management, PR, or artist representation within the arts or creative industries.
- Well-connected in the arts and culture sectors, with a strong network.
- Skilled in branding, media outreach, and securing high-level opportunities.
- Organized, proactive, and excited to be part of a growing talent management division.
