About the job:
Talent & Culture CIB is covering the Talent Acquisition Discipline Manager position to lead this Discipline in CIB.
The primary responsibilities include:
Participating in the development of policies, processes, and projects within the global discipline by contributing to its governance and work teams, while incorporating the unique knowledge and characteristics of CIB.
Leading the discipline within CIB by disseminating policies and actions created at the global level and ensuring the achievement of discipline objectives.
Identifying and understanding the needs of CIB teams and geographies, either developing tailored solutions or advocating for them within the global discipline.
Monitoring CIB Talent Acquisition processes (from recruitment to onboarding) within CIB through key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
Driving and promoting Employer Branding initiatives in all countries where CIB operates, coordinating with local Talent & Culture teams.
Managing CIB-specific programs such as the Graduate Training Program, Internships, and Become CIB.

What are we looking for?

- Knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking is highly valued.
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition roles is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in English (C1 or above) is mandatory. Candidates must also be fully comfortable working in Spanish.
