This role will be responsible for all aspects of the People & Culture function and will be instrumental in driving employee wellbeing and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge and experience in HR and in a similar role, whilst being an organised, competent and resourceful individual with a passion for Human Resources.
The ideal candidate must have exceptionally strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills with a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing the people strategy
- Managing a performance management system/process
- Ensuring the company's procedures comply with local employment laws
- Handling all aspects of employee relations
- Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
- Managing employee sick leave, holiday and personal time off
- Implementing appropriate career pathing and promotion planning
- Managing payroll weekly and monthly payroll ensuring labour costs are in line with budget
- Manage day-to-day HR function in an effective and efficient manner
- Supporting management in all in all performance and succession planning
