We're Blackbridge. We're in the business of helping big-name brands attract and engage talent through innovative, award-winning campaigns. Our clients include Amazon, Aviva, BAE Systems, Barclays, Entain, HSBC, the NHS and Vodafone. We're looking for a Marketing & Events Project Manager to help us create and deliver projects such as client breakfasts, lunchtime speaker events, evening social functions and an array of online marketing campaigns. Your work will align with our brand and demonstrate the creativity expected of a market-leading comms agency. It's a lone wolf role reporting directly to the MD so pressure will often be on.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, collaborative, reasonable with numbers and resilient. (As you know, in the creative industries multiple deadlines can land, unexpectedly, at once.) You'll also be happy helping out with other projects as required. We're very much an all-hands-on-deck kind of agency.

Requirements
- Proven experience in managing events and marketing campaigns, preferably within a creative industry
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work well across teams and with external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to align marketing efforts with broader business goals
