In view of the continuous development, they are now inviting experience candidate to join as General Manager, Marketing Communications.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Chairman and work closely with the business unit head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategies across all business verticals.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and guidelines, that align with the overall business objectives and drive growth and brand visibility.
- Develop innovative and data-driven marketing strategies that support the growth and expansion of our diverse business portfolio. Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain branding guidelines that ensure consistency and coherence across all business units. Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to strengthen brand equity and recognition.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging digital channels and technologies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. Monitor digital marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, consumer preferences, and industry trends. Use insights to develop targeted marketing initiatives and product/service enhancements.
- Mentor a high-performing marketing team capable of executing strategic initiatives and delivering measurable results. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the marketing department.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, business unit heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Drive interdepartmental synergy and integration to maximize marketing impact.
- Strengthen the relationship with local and overseas media.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 20 years working experience, include at least 3 years in similar capacity.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proven experience as a senior marketing executive within the real estate, hotel, airlines or investment sectors (corporate office)
- Strategic thinker, demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common objectives
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, digital technologies, and market trends within the conglomerate industry.
