A leading European Luxury Company with extensive worldwide network are looking for a Regional Senior HR Manager, Asia Pacific to join their team.
The Job:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions in Asia with focuses on Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management and Staff Relations of retail staff
- Participate in various HR projects such as employee engagement exercises, management trainee program, etc
- Assist in implementing and reviewing comprehensive compensation and benefit programs
- Plan and execute staff relation activities and strengthen communications between retail staff and the company
- Conduct staff orientation and exit interview
The Candidate:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or other Business Administration related disciplines
- 8 -10 years or above related working experience preferably gained in multinationals companies or in the luxury retail industry
- Task-oriented, attentive to details, independent, flexible and self-driven
- Proficiency in MS applications
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
