Qualification: Graduation in any Stream + Full-time MBA in HR
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Branding
- Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to position ACG as an employer of choice in various markets globally.
- Define digital media objectives and campaigns for talent acquisition and utilize social networking and digital recruiting mediums to attract candidates.
- Monitor and analyze the organization's employer brand perception through various channels, including social media, review sites, and employee feedback.
- Utilize analytics tools and metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of employer branding and internal communication initiatives.
- Generate regular reports and insights to leadership on the success of employer branding and internal communication efforts.
Campus Hiring
- Manage end to end Talent Acquisition responsibilities for Campus hiring (Sourcing, Screening, Offer Management, pre-joining formalities & onboarding).
TA Projects
- Drive key TA projects for the group.
- Monitor the key parameters from planning till execution.
TA Analytics
- Manage and optimize online TA platform, including Applicant Tracking Systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors), to capture required analytics and improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with the internal TA Team to gather and maintain monthly TA data records for all businesses.
- Perform quarterly analysis of TA Data, develop comprehensive TA Dashboards, and publish data for internal consumption.
- Stay updated on current market trends to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Regularly publish Group level Global talent acquisition dashboards with stakeholders at the group level.
Specific Notes:
- Candidates with 4 to 6 years of work experience post PG in HR
- Experience in campus recruitment and employer branding is a must
- Someone with a passion for TA and ready to be fully in TA function will be a good fit
- Position has Hybrid working with at least 3 days a week Work from office
- Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing/pharma will be preferred
