About the Role
Join our dynamic team as People Operations & Office Coordinator. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to fill this varied role providing a mix of People Operations and Office Management support. We anticipate the ratio to be approximately 80% HR duties and 20% Office support.
This is a varied role in a start-up culture where you will play a key role in our People team to create and foster a leading employee experience whilst supporting the smooth running of our office.

This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days in our London office.
What You’ll Do
Below is not an exhaustive list, but aims to give a flavour of what you’ll be doing;
People & Culture:
- Providing HR support across the employee lifecycle including a well-structured and supportive onboarding and offboarding process
- Coordinating our monthly payroll submission & pension upload
- Preparing and issuing employment contracts and employee letters
- Ensuring the data in our HR system is complete and accurate
- Coordination of employee benefits
- Supporting with Wellbeing & DEI initiatives
- Preparing People & Culture reporting data
- Playing a key role on our Social & Culture committee, planning and scheduling events in line with our calendar and budget
Office Management & Executive Support:
- Organising internal and external meetings as required
- Receiving guests and providing hospitality as required
- Organising travel for the team as required
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office – e.g. stationery ordering, dealing with landlord queries
- Supporting with presentations
Ideal Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a professional office environment – we are open to whether that experience comes from HR, admin or similar
- Prior experience in HR is advantageous, but not essential
- Experience of providing administrative support to senior stakeholders would be advantageous, though is not essential
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and professionally manage expectations
- Proactive and takes the initiative
- Prior experience in Fintech or Regtech start-up is advantageous, but not essential
