Talent Acquisition
Create & build a database of candidates via various sourcing channels (job boards, references, consultants, campus connect, past applications etc.)
Build and maintain a hiring database including all parameters (eg: Source of the candidate, interview date, feedback received, status of the candidate etc.)
Manage the interview process (coordinating at all stages, ensuring all relevant documents are in place for the upcoming rounds of interviews, scheduling interviews, following up for feedback etc.)
Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates to keep them informed of their status.
Ensure all information and data related to hiring is in place and updated - candidate folders, reference check forms, summaries/ recordings of interviews with line managers, list of new hires etc.
Manage all stages of the hiring process (from sourcing to shortlisting, selecting, compensation offers, sending out draft offers/ LOA's, onboarding) & ensure that the hiring process is being followed after the screening process
Employer Branding
Support in Employer Branding initiatives as required
Onboarding
Maintain a database of all onboarding training content
Manage & execute onboarding for new hires i.e scheduling sessions, ensuring accurate content is updated in the calendar invite, clear instructions for each session etc.
Update new hire information on the HRMS (Keka)
Track responses to assignments, coordinate with facilitators for feedback to be sent out to the new hires
Ensure all joining documents like education certificates, past employer documents, salary documents, national ID card etc. are updated in the new hire's folder.
HR Operations (HRMS, Probation & Confirmation, Performance Management, Employee Engagement
Lead employee engagement, wellness at AddedEducation, support in creating a culture where people feel a sense of belonging, comfortable working with each other.
Ensure all information & data on the HRMS is accurate & up to date.
Ensure the leave management policy is being followed
Support in creating confirmation letters, extension letters
Merchandise management for team members i.e sending merchandise for birthdays, anniversaries, any other festival/ event.
Learning & Development, Talent Management
Create a training calendar after incorporating all training needs for different roles
Support in executing the training plan as finalised including scheduling training sessions, ensuring content and requirements of pre-session and post-session assignments are met.
Employee Retention & Exit Management
Support in reducing the attrition rate.
Manage the exit process for employees who resign including - preparing release letters, disable access to all communication platforms based on approval.
