[What the role is]
As a Manager/Deputy Manager in the People Engagement (PEM) Department, you will formulate, review and execute the full suite of employee communications, engagement and well-being programmes to enhance employee experience.
[What you will be working on]
Employee Engagement and Well-Being Initiatives
- Design and implement employee engagement programmes that align with organisation’s goals and values.
- Organise events, workshops and activities (physical, virtual or hybrid) to boost morale and collaboration.
- Review and identify areas for improvement in engagement strategies.
Content Creation and Marketing Communications
- Develop compelling content (articles, infographics, videos, etc) to communicate HR initiatives and organisational updates.
- Create marketing materials to promote employee engagement and well-being programmes.
Digital Tools and Technology
- Utilise HR and communication platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint) to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovation solutions for engagement and communication.
[What we are looking for]
- Experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or a related HR/marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of Gen AI tools and apps (e.g. Power Automate, Copilot) and design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), including ability to produce simple video content and/or infographics for communication purpose.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights for engagement strategies.
- Highly adaptable, resourceful and able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Growth mindset and able to work well in teams.
