About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and creative Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The intern will support the company's internship hiring program, enhance employer branding, execute recruitment marketing strategies, and design engaging social media content across various platforms.
This role enables the intern to be equipped with a well-rounded skill set for future roles in HR, talent acquisition, HR, marketing and more!
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective employer branding strategies.
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives by creating compelling content for job postings, social media, and other communication channels.
- Design and curate engaging social media content to attract and engage potential interns.
- Participate in HR events and projects to support the overall goals of the department.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Other fields of study are welcome too.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, employer branding and social media content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
