Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):
- Recruit, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
- Brief new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company policies and goal.
- Work closely with managers to define specific position requirement.
- Develop and implement candidate search strategies.
- Assess effectiveness of search strategies and adjust plan as necessary.
- Plan and organize in the local institute Career Fair and public Job Fair.
- Keep abreast with Tertiary events & build close relationship thereby to tap on fresh graduates.
- Develop a talent data bank to be proactive in recruitment & selection activities.
- Enhance our employer branding through social media, events, and digital campaigns
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Business Degree preferably with post graduate Diploma in HR or its equivalent
- A track record of successful employee relations in a challenging environment, ideally gained in a production and customer service environment is preferred
- A business focused HR person with drive, energy, tenacity
- Track record of achieving significant culture change
- Comfortable working in a complex matrix in a time of considerable change
- Intellectually robust who relishes working in multiple teams
- Effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- 3 years experience preferably in HR Function
