What you'll be doing
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to salary offers and onboarding
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a seamless hiring process
- Review and enhance recruitment and onboarding processes to uphold best HR practices
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives, including career events and digital campaigns
- Strengthen online talent attraction through e-hiring platforms and social media recruitment
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and structured recruitment reporting
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth hiring operations
- Continuously analyse talent market trends and recommend effective sourcing strategies
- Promote the organisation as an employer of choice through innovative hiring approaches
- Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business or related studies
- 3 - 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within healthcare/ big firms setting
- Experience with digital hiring platforms, social media recruitment, and employer branding initiatives will be advantageous
- Proficiency in HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of HR and employment laws and the ability to apply them effectively in daily operations
- Skilled in engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
